The customer shall observe and be bound by the following terms in relation to the provision of service ('Service') by HomeDesignMaster.com ('HDM') which will constitute an agreement between HDM and the Customer ('Agreement').

1. This Agreement is submitted for the purpose to apply home design service & consultation from HDM. (We) It commences upon the provision of Service to the Customer. The Agreement shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

2. HDM will use all its efforts to provide the Service. We represent and warrant that:
The designing will commence as soon as we receive the startup fee (if any applicable), and must be finished in the prescriptive time we've negotiated about before your purchase. We assign each customer a private consultant to assist customers with all the questions and consultation. HDM will work all out to make the design perfect. HDM is committed to protecting your privacy. All your personal information is used only for designing purpose. In any case, HDM will never disclose personal information to third parties extraneous to our services. HDM promise to carry out all obligations complied with this agreement. All price quoted is the full fare, no any hidden fees forever. Once bargained on, the price will never be changed due to any reasons.

3. The Customer (You) agrees and warrant that:
Customers have the obligation to provide HDM absolutely correct information. If the inaccuracy of information results in any delay of time or extra expense, the consequences is taken upon yourself, and it's not HDM's responsibility to pay the fiddler. Customers must cooperate with HDM in providing all personal information and fees required in time. If you want to reschedule or suspend the design processing, or terminate the service in whole, please let us know as early as possible. It's your obligation to pay the amount still due after your confirmation. Customers apply the designing service by HDM of their own accord. We will have no responsibilities until we receive applicant's first payment.

4. HDM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and holds the right to interpret this agreement.
