Our no-hassle Money Back Guarantee guarantees your satisfaction. We promise to fulfill all our obligation to give out a complete design solution you appoint to us in a limited time (usually 1-2 weeks).

Payment Steps & Notes:

1. Usually, you just need to pay a startup fee (10%*total amount, as low as $99) at first, then you'll get a sample very soon. This sample is a section of your house.
2. If you feel good we go on with the work; but if you don't, we can cancel your order immediately, and refund 100% of your startup fee without any delay.
3. If you're satisfied with the sample and decide to purchase our complete design solution, you'll have to pay for our following works(90%*total amount). The total amount is fixed, clients or HDM don't have the right to change the total amount after we work out the sample.
4. You can make a one-off payment for the 90%*total amount, or you can opt divided payments. Usually you can divided the amount into 2 or 3 parts. But all payments must be cleared before we work out the last part of the design.
5. We have very flexible service rates. Due to our pricing strategy, clients who make an one-off payment (after the first sample) will receive an extra discount about 15%.

You Can Request Refund in Only One Condition

If you don't feel good with our first sample, you can request full refund of your startup fee. You must send us the refund request within 48 hours.

Once the first sample is accepted and confirmed by you, you can't request any refund. If you opt divided payments, you can't request any refund for the confirmed parts of our work. If you have any questions about our work, we'll re-work on the design solution and try all our best to meet all your needs.

You are responsible for your every need and providing us all valid information required on the order page. If you forget to tell us any details, we'll assist you solve the problem for free but we won't refund you.

As we promised, every design is 100% customized and unique in the world. Every design has only one user license, and we only hold responsibility to one user. We do not hold any responsibilities to people who share our design solutions for free. We may take legal actions by copyright law, if we find our design is abused without our permission.

Changes to This Policy

HDM may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes by placing a prominent notice on our site.
